Hey, in reality it just's a couple of dependencies you need to meet. The dependencies can be found in the Ubuntu apt-get commands. I believe redhat works with yum, or up2date and I believe most packages should be in there respected repositories. If anything fails, see if you can reach-out to Rallaz. he lurks on this mailing list as well as on the IRC channel. What di you mean with ["git" seriels command worked] ? Hi, Ries
Thanks for your quick bring-up. I will catch hold of Rallaz if I saw him
online.
Sorry for the typo. I mean how to install Git on Linux.... I am sorry I am
really a beginner for Linux.
Thanks.

Hey,
If you use a version of redhat you will properly have yum install, then you can install git with : yum install git yum search <name> allows you to search for packages (without < and >) The cmd get's a bit used to, but once you have some basics, it's really easy. I am pretty sure there are GUI tools for redhat aswell, I just never used them so I cannot help you there. On Nov 19, 2012, at 9:08 PM, wuxinjiang [via LibreCAD] wrote:
