White Solid hatch fill shows as black in Print Preview

White Solid hatch fill shows as black in Print Preview, in either B+W mode or colour mode. Randomly, opening Application Preferences then clicking OK seems to fix the issue. As the colour mode then shows White fill as White. But White fill as Black in B+W Mode.

On a general point: Surely All White fills should remain out of the preview and unprinted when using B+W print mode.

This indeed is a nuisance. You can't really have a white line or fill, which you might need for an advanced graphical layout. Or to hide parts of a drawing. The problem probably originates in the automatic switching of black/white lines according to a black or white screen background in drawing mode.
I too wish to a have a true white available. But I guess this issue is not considered as urgent enough to be tackled.
