download master-branch precompiled binaries

OS: Windows Vista 64bit
LibreCAD Version: LibreCAD-Installer_2.0.0beta1.exe (from sf.net)

Ran into a problem with LibreCAD that appears to be fixed in the latest development snap-shot.

Q1: Is there a place to download the "current" pre-compiled binaries?
Q2: If no then is there a way to compile it without using a trial/pay Qt SDK?

trial/pay Qt SDK is only to develop (with Digia support) commercial progams.

For develop open source (and commercial) Qt are LGPL licensed:
