How can I import hebrew fonts
to libra?

If you have a hebrew font available as ttf, you can convert it to a LibreCAD lff font with ttf2lff.exe, which can be found in the main LibreCAD folder. Then place it into the LibreCAD fonts folder. But it will be outline only.
