how can individual areas be printed out of a large drawing (real size 2 mio m2)?
PDF or png.

Paper size e.g. DIN A 4 or DIN A 3

Find nothing.

I would suggest printing to a large PDF and use other software to split into pages for printing.

In LibreCAD, you may start with File > Print Preview;

1. Adjust the printing scale and check "Fixed";
2. There's a tool in print preview: "Calculate pages needed to contain the drawing".

The tool doesn't support page margin well yet.

Continue to File > Print, and the generated PDF contains multiple pages to contain the whole page.
