is there ttf2lff for windows

hi, is there this tool for windows? I had to come back to microsoft because I am also a musician and my drivers are not supported (YET)... so... I need the entire collection of librecad fonts converted in ttf... so that if there is this tool for windows I can download and do this little job...

I feel you can build tff2lff in cygwin. You need freetype first.

I am not sure whether we can build it with mingw/qt-sdk

- Referring to what Rallaz said to me, I think that "ttf2lff"
   utility can only convert TTF FONT to LFF FONT.
