the latest Installer for Windows and Mac could be downloaded on SourceForge.net:
   http://sourceforge.net/projects/librecad/files/Windows/2.0.0rc1/
   http://sourceforge.net/projects/librecad/files/OSX/2.0.0rc1/

For the Linux version use the source version tagged 2.0.0rc1 on github:
   https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/tree/2.0.0rc1
