Hi Jim,
Added a new patch in libdxfrw source code.
All my pc's are 64bits and only can test 32 bits build in a virtual machine.
I updated the OS builds, download it from  http://librecad.org/cms/home/installation/rpm-packages.html

Or if you want to install from yast add:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Rallaz/openSUSE_12.2/
