Required libraries are packaged separately.
Then, first install libdxfrw0, download it from:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Rallaz/openSUSE_12.2/i586/libdxfrw0-0.5.9-1.1.i586.rpm

I installed libmuparser2 from main openSuse repo

The rpm from:
 http://librecad.org/cms/home/installation/rpm-packages.html
are only "If not are present in your distribution"

About crash, I tested LC in lubuntu & openSuse in 32 & 64 bits and in winXP 32 bits
(real machines openSuse 64 & winXP 32) and I can't reproduce the crash :-(
