Is a bug, that line should be horizontal

To reproduce draw a vertical dimension
1. "first extension point:" click in some point
2. "second extension point:" click in some point
3. "dimension line location:" click in point 2 (or write @0,0)

y1: coordinate of point 1, y2: coord. of point 2

if y1 < y2 the bad line are under the arrow
