Uninstall LibreCAD & libdxfrw RPM's
Next download and install:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Rallaz/Fedora_19/i686/libdxfrw0-0.5.12-1.1.i686.rpm
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Rallaz/Fedora_19/i686/librecad-2.0.4-1.1.i686.rpm

Or, if your system is 64 bits:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Rallaz/Fedora_19/x86_64/libdxfrw0-0.5.12-1.1.x86_64.rpm
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Rallaz/Fedora_19/x86_64/librecad-2.0.4-1.1.x86_64.rpm
