Dongxu,when I open LibreCAD or start a new file the cad tool bar is not initially showing, but if I 'right click' anywhere then the cad toolbar shows - strange behaviour indeed!

I think it is a good idea to have it dockable elsewhere but I think it needs some more work if I'm to run LibreCAD properly on Ubuntu.
