I checked "Current Drawing Preferences" and the following is what it list. There is no "Length Factor" listed unless I"m not in the right place.

General Factor = 1
General Scale = 1
Text Height = 0.1
Extension Line extension = 0.05
Extension Line Offset = 0.025
Dimension Line Gap = 0.025
Arrow Size = 0.1
Tick Size = 0
Alignment = Dimension Aligned
