I am still unable to do it.
I select all the lines in the object and then when I click on one of the lines etc., all it does is make that individual line thicker.
I suspect there is more to the explanation than your one liner above suggests.
Or have I missed something really simple?

Also, I did go to the link you posted in your second post, but could not find a download link. Where is that? What is the page for etc/
