Here are two files. The "Original File.dxf" is the file I working with (but I saved as due to it original name was "06. Thresher drum.dxf". The "." in that file name made the LC detected it as "06.dxf" rather than "06. Thresher drum.dxf" when I uploaded, which is wrong. From that original file, I selected the part we are talking about to another test file. As we can see, there are different with the precision format. Here, the precision and the separator is correct for length measurement. But still wrong with the angle measurement. While in the "Original File.dxf" the decimal separator is correct but the precision of the length and the angle both are wrong.
Another info. This morning I closed my LC and all the applications and I restarted my Windows (vista) to have a "fresh air". Before, I normally just hibernate my windows every day, sometimes for weeks. Beside I restarted my windows, I also did cleaning by executing CCleaner Professional v5.08.5308 (unregistered). That probably also affecting.
