Search for backup files, those with # at the beginning, or with .dxf~ file extension (remove the ~). You could provide the faulty file here for examination by a specialist like LordofBikes or send it to him personally (I am not a coder, can't help with this). There are sometimes complaints like this, perhaps the reason why this happens can be found.
