Hello Bryon,

The dock widget may have been closed unintentionally.  From the menus, select Widgets -> Dock Widgets and ensure there is a checkmark beside "Command line".

If that doesn't work, you might need to reset your layout; Options -> Applications Preferences and on the Defaults tab click either "Layout" or "All" in the Clear Settings section.
