I reviewed the code.

The most likely cause is likely due to the printer driver.

Currently, we try to set the paper size according to the drawing size, but if the size is not supported by the printer driver, there's no protection against that, and the actual printer size might be zero(or technically, undefined).

I will see what we can do for 2.2.1, before the official release.
