Please provide more details, otherwise support is impossible.

- operating system and version
- LibreCAD version, downloaded from?
- steps which trigger the issue

As already mentioned, the donaiton site is just triggered by the windows installer.
So it is important to know what you do or click, before the site pops up.
Does it pop up when you start LibreCAD or while working with it?
