wrong resolution or bitmap size?

Hi all,

When exporting a drawing to bitmap (jpg, png etc) I have very often a strange set of settings for resolution and size.
Please have a look at this screenshot.
Is there any configuration causing this behaviour or it is  my drawing to blame for it?
