Re: Angel

hi olsch,

Several ways:

1, click to select the line (it should be shown as dashed and changed color, after being selected); drag the reference points(i.e., start/end points) to modify the line.

2, Modify -> rotate, to rotate the line.

3, Modify-> properties to modify the coordinates.

Hey dxli,

thanks for the fast responde.

Way one i a bit tricky sometimes with the left and right click.

Way 2, if i select in the Modify menue the rotate botton and select a line to rotate, nothing happens. In the command line stands the apell to select something but nothing comes up.

way 3 to modify the coordinates runs well, but the goal is to modefy to a modefy specific angels.

thanks for tipps, but i dont get it now.

I think also about, if libre cad the right program for my projekt

cheers

Re: Angel

dxli
I think we should add a message in mouse tip:

"Select to Rotate" should read:

"Select to Rotate; then press Enter"

Currently, we have "pressing Enter", or "Clicking the Continue Button" to continue, but none is prompted to first time users.

BTW, if you first select the line, then, do "Modify->Rotate", it will skip the selection stage, and less confusing.

Re: Angel

Dear dxli,

it is very interesting that you mention also the idea of further
development of the Manuels.

Do I understand this in the right manner?

In this way, I think that's very right to be considered dissolved
question by beginners with the documentation.

Do you care about the entry?
I do not have an account for the Wiki yet.
