Application Crashing

LibreCAD Version 2.1.3, 2.2.0-rc1  both crashing under Windows 7.
This is happening regularly when attempting to add new elements to the drawing, and when adding new blocks using import block. Drawing file size is ~ 115KB. Very slight improvements experienced when turning off most layers...of course this makes editing an even greater challenge. Suggestions welcome.

I don't experience frequent crashes. Maybe it's not the fault of LibreCAD. Do you use files from outer sources? DWG? Maybe LC has problem handling them.
If there are no secrets about them you could provide such a troublesome file here to examine.
