Please note the setting folder for "Part Libraries" in Application Options means the dxf parts should be in sub-folders of that path, and dxf files within that path itself are not considered.
If set "Part Libraries" to the folder /Users/user/librecad, then, dxf files like /Users/user/librecad/myBlocks/block0.dxf can be found in the "Library Browser", but not dxf files like: /Users/user/librecad/block1.dxf
Also, LibreCAD should be restarted, before changing of "Part Libraries" can take effects.
