No. All LibreCAD fonts are sticky fonts, consisting of lines only. You just could use a fat pen.
There is a tool, ttf to lff, which converts ttf fonts to LibreCAD format, but still only as an outline. So not really what we want.

An other way and better qualitywise is to export as pdf and add the text in Inkscape or an other vector drawing program.
