CAD toolbar not showing up in latest update/commit

CAD toolbar not showing up in latest update/commit ???

Dongxu tweaked it yesterday;
however, it shows up on my system (win 7).

view → toolbars →  CAD toolbar

I'm currently working on replacing this toolbar,
because it is more clever than practical.

Should I revert what I did yesterday?

Dongxu,when I open LibreCAD or start a new file the cad tool bar is not initially showing, but if I 'right click' anywhere then the cad toolbar shows - strange behaviour indeed!

I think it is a good idea to have it dockable elsewhere but I think it needs some more work if I'm to run LibreCAD properly on Ubuntu.

reverted one commit, and hope it's enough.
