Drawing preferences

Whay I cant see margins setting in Current Drawing preferences.
I use LibreCAD 2.2.0-rc1 on W10Home.

Your version probably doesn't have this feature yet. The latest version is rc1-155 from 2019-06-11 and has it.

According Manual even release 2.1.3. have margins setting.

Hmm, maybe there is a misunderstanding somehow. From what manual? Can you quote it, or show screenshot? What kind of margins do you mean?
This is the according settings tab in 2.2.0-rc1-155:

Your screenshot is from the V2.2.0 manual.
-155:  I tried to post a link, it didn't work. So go to Wiki - Installation - Windows - Nightly builds - master - LibreCad-Installer-2.2.0-RC1-155.....
