File that begins with ## opens with layers, but no drawings are present

jimbob3000
Hello,

I am using Librecad:

Version: 2.1.3
Compiler: GNU GCC 4.9.1
Compiled on: Sep 23 2016
Qt Version: 5.4.1
Boost Version: 1.60.0
System: Windows

I can't open a file that starts with ## in Librecad.  I can open it in a different program called QCad.  However, in QCad all of the layers are showing, but none of the lines are present.  It's a blank page.  When I save the file in QCad and open it in Librecad, the file opens but I encounter the same problem.  Layers are present, but no lines.  Thanks for any help you can give.

Files which begin with # are back-up files LibreCAD automatically generates. So with ## it's a back-up of a back-up. I can't tell what has gone wrong, maybe a preceding crash. Has the file been created in LibreCAD, or is the origin from an other system? LibreCad can't read properly some modern dxf's, dwg support is rudimentary anyway. 3 d is not supported at all.
You could provide the file here for more investigation.
