Hatch and holes

ilarioq
Good morning, everyone.

I need some help with the hatch of a metal plate with holes drawn on it.
The hatchg also invades the ‘empty’ space of the holes. How can I avoid this?

Thank you very much.

We are developing a new hatching algorithm in the development branch (2.2.2-alpha).

https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/releases

If it still fails for your drawing, please upload a minimum dxf to help troubleshooting.

Btw, currently, only contours formed by joining start/end points are supported. Tangential or intersection points are not considered.
