Horizontal and vertical lines issue

Hi guys, testing around, I found that when I click the horizontal and vertical lines icon i do not see the yellow director lines. This problem happens only the first time I click the icons



 moreover it seem that it does not hooks the snaps even if it does, if orthogonal lines are supposed to behave in this way any explanation is welcome, because I find a little odd and not much user friendly.

Intended or not, changing this will make things more consistent.
