My line length I enter not the same as what is dimensioned in LibreCad?

Like the subject title says when I enter a line length of 10 and make the line and then use the dimension function it has a line length of 0.3937 in LibreCad.  Is there something that I need to change in LibreCad to correct this.  Or am I doing something wrong.

looks like you have 10mm shown as 0.3937"

Have a look at main menu:

Drawing Preferences -> Dimensions -> Length Factor

I checked "Current Drawing Preferences" and the following is what it list. There is no "Length Factor" listed unless I"m not in the right place.

General Factor = 1
General Scale = 1
Text Height = 0.1
Extension Line extension = 0.05
Extension Line Offset = 0.025
Dimension Line Gap = 0.025
Arrow Size = 0.1
Tick Size = 0
Alignment = Dimension Aligned

I re-installed the program and it's working now and the dimensions are correct.  The problem I have not and haven't had a chance to work on it, is my dimension is right on the line it corresponds to.  I'm sure the answer lies in the "Current Drawing Preferences" under the Dimension tab.  I may get a chance to look at it tomorrow.
