How to close a polygon

I understand that the subject has been broached many times, but I don't understand how to go about it. I've looked, but I can't find it. The lines are not linked to each other - there's a gap, See attached file Grille_perforée_95_mm_espace_26_trou_22_arrondi.dxf

This is a bug in arc rendering.

I have pushed a fix to the master and 2.2.1 branch.
