Missing button

Hi

Just downloaded the lasted nightly build and notice that the "Print Preview" button is missing from the main tool bar? but is still under the "File" drop down menu? is this deliberate or an oversight?

Using win 7 64

There could be more missing items in menu/toolbars, please report any regression exposed.
