Paper Format issues

Here is an issue:
1. Tile printing button is missing
2. Paper format is missing the margin and the preview pane in my options.
3. Printing to file fails.

What version of LibreCAD are you using?  OS?  Tile printing, margins and the preview pane in options are all new to 2.2.0.

Got it fixed. Had 2.1.3 windows installer is defaulting to that one.
