Trouble aligning polygons center vertical and horizonal

Frank Bedford
Hey all,
I'm new, so sorry in advance for the basic questions.

I have four 8 sided polygons that need to be concentric, or aligned horizontally and vertically. I've read that Align is used for aligning angles, not objects, and that I need to use Move or Stretch to accomplish this.

And I can't figure out how to do it.

Thanks for the help!

The easiest could be drawing one polygon (regular, perhaps), followed by scaling the polygon from its center, and keeping the original.

If you have two existing concentric polygons, you may select one to rotate around the center, but choosing one vertex on the rotated polygon as the reference point and using one vertex of the other polygon as the target point.
