And LibreCAD shows the following in the command window

Invalid objects removed: 9
Documento cargado:C:\SEBAZO\GPYAU\06 - AGENCIA 7\FACHADA.dxf
File '' does not exist. Opening aborted

Possibly the wrong file format?

Correct is Drawing Exchange (*.dxf), not QCad 1.x file!

OK, second post wasn't there on my 1st reply.

Then possibly the issue is with blanks in the file path?
Copy the file to a location without blanks in the path and try to open from this location.

If this doesn't help, you may upload the file here for further investigation (use More button in reply).
When public sharing of the file is a problem, say so and I contact you by email for private exchange.
