Unable to install Librecad

davmeade@yahoo.com
Just a NOOB user.  Tried to download Librecad through GITHUB and SOURCEFORGE, but only seem to be offered developer opportunities.  I have no idea how to write code...just want to use the 2d CAD.  Can anyone help me get Librecad?

Thanks.  I used your first options, and downloaded it; but when I opened it, I received a screen advising about donations rather than starting the program itself.  Must I make a donation before proceeding?

Re: Unable to install Librecad

Success!  I found the LibreCAD folder in my Windows File Explorer, opened it, and clicked on LibreCAD,exe.  It started a screen prompt asking me to select my desired unit of measurement (I chose “Inch”) and language (English).  Then it opened up the drawing screen that I had been looking for.   (Hope this helps other confused NOOBs.)  Many thanks…Dave.
