Where is the "fit to page" icon?

My drawing just overflows my letter size page. Help takes me from print preview all the way to click on the green "fit to page icon" on the tool bar. I cannot find this icon
 Where is it?  On what tool bar?

widgets -> toolbars -> tool options

fit to page then appears when you activate print preview.
