different scale between draw and printing

Hello, I'm contacting you because I'm having trouble printing with exact dimensions. When I try to print a 40x150 mm rectangle, the printout returns a 39x145 mm rectangle. I want to point out that I've correctly set my grid to millimeters and the print scale to 1:1. Can you help me, please? thank you

Maybe (Windows-?) printer driver set to fit to page (printable area) instead of 100%?

Hi, no, I checked that the printed image was 100%. I tried with other software like QCAD, but it's the same problem. Really disappointing...

If it is the same with QCAD it looks as if it is a problem with the printer or printer settings. Or with the file? Is the drawing from a different source or self made?

What if you print/export to pdf? In many pdf readers you can make measurements. Too small then also or right? If right and then print from the pdf?

is it due to margine being set at the printer?

Can you print to PDF first, with proper paper size and ratio scale?
