new install ubuntu

from  ubuntu software center


to my great surprise librecad is installed in russian ( i beleive) and i use ubuntu 12.10 english


wow   need help here to turn this  to  english  and  why  this prog install in another language

OK: follow 1 and 2, when you are at step 3, simply choose the language you want (english then), click OK, close LibreCAD, and run again the program, et voilà!
