Hello, I would like to install LibreCAD on Mac / MacOS Big Sur 11.0.1 (20B29). However, the computer denies to install the files downloaded from SourceForge or GitHub, as it is not able to verify the developer. I have also tried previous versions, no luck. Please advise, Lubomir

So more details, I can't snap! Once I enable snap, say snap at end points, I have to restart Librecad to make it work and it only work once. I have to restart again to make it work again. OS: MacOS catalina 10.15.17 Macbook Pro 13 early 2015 edition

Hi abubk, it turned out, that issues happened with LibreCAD-2.2.0-rc3.dmg on Big Sur. Presumably it is not related with M1 CPU. Anyhow, I assume that your M1 Mac has Big Sur and thus you need LibreCAD-2.2.0-rc3-BigSur.dmg. With automatic builds coming soon this should be solved and we can return back to one package for all MacOS in future.

I do my librecad development on macOS, and I am running 26.2. The only trouble is that our dmg images are not signed, so need to give it the permissions needed to run, especially on apple silicon builds. I am a happy but unsophisticated LibreCAD user. My Mac "wants" me to updated to MacOS...

I had to change 'qt5' in this command to '/usr/local/Cellar/qt@5/5.15.12/bin/qmake', and I managed to build LibreCAD from source on macOS Sonoma. Thank you!
