Grid is no longer showing

Hi,

I have encountered an unusual problem, my grid is now no longer visible unless I manually set the X,Y spacing, the grid icon is on but no grid is showing when spacing is set to automatic, I've tried zooming in and out but still no grid.
Grid spacing set to auto for X and Y, orthogonal view, Show grid is selected.
Does anyone have any ideas.

Forgot to mention, using Win10, not sure of which version of Librecad but I installed it this month from the latest stable build on github
