hi
first thank for your time and your jobs

i tried to explode text in singles characteres but zero results... any ideas? thanks

I don' t know what problem you have, but you can explode letters into primitive entities (lines, arcs, etc).

Select letters and simply choose explode from Modification menu.

You do not give much information.

My test:
LibreCAD 2.0.0beta1 + latest code in OpenSuse 12.2 x86_64, pycam-0.5.1

Draw created with LC Hello word are MTEXT, Text word are TEXT, the rest 8 lines, saved as dxf12 & dxf2007

Attached sceenshot:
Bottom. original draw in LibreCAD
Top left. file saved as dxf12 and opened with pycam-0.5.1
Top right. file saved as dxf2007 and opened with pycam-0.5.1

Result: All is ok

hi krzych, if I try to explode letters they become not made of a single line but many small ones.
example letter "L" appear like a vertical line and an horizontal one, when i need to mill it the machine made up/down twice. sorry for my english...

Hi Rallaz, i use xubuntu 12.04 - kernel 3.2.0.36 - pycam 0.5.1 - librecad 2.0.0beta1
pycam convert everithing but text. it has problems looking for text libraries.
the problem in not only in pycam but also in other CAM programs i use in windows
